Thinking Process
Many of
our clients are unable to spend the time
or training investment in the beginning
to become proficient in performing the
Thinking Process. It does take a number
of real applications through
implementation to gain the knack for the
process. We provide a guided
facilitation through the process. We
have experience in providing this
facilitation completely remotely (via
FAX and Internet; usually lower cost),
or through work in your plant (quicker
and more effective buy-in.)
We will create the graphic trees,
perform scrutiny, and lead buy in
sessions with stakeholders to help you
implement successful change right the
first time. We perform the following
steps with you:
- Situation analysis (set your goal and determine your Undesired Effects),
- Current Reality Tree (Identify the Core Problem),
- Evaporating Cloud,
- Future Reality Tree,
- Stakeholder buy-in,
- Facilitate Prerequisite Tree team sessions
- Facilitate Transition Tree construction sessions,
- Final report.
Our clients have found this a highly effective way to learn and practice TOC quickly and effectively.
