Priority goes to critical chain tasks first. Priority between two critical chain tasks goes to the one
with the greatest relative
Project Buffer penetration.
Buffer Penetration
Priority goes to critical chain tasks first. Priority between two critical chain tasks goes to the one
with the greatest relative
Project Buffer penetration. Priority between or more tasks on feeding chains goes to the one with the
greatest relative
feeding buffer penetration.
All Other Work
All non project work is lower priority than project work, unless you have another system; such as giving
higher priority to
unscheduled field maintenance or emergencies.
