 Resource Buffer
The resource buffer is an information signal to resources planned to work on the project critical chain
that the project task
is coming up for work. Originally proposed by Goldratt as an information tool
for single projects, multiproject applications have replaced the function with a
prioritized task list by resource. The following describe some of the original
ideas.
